As many of you know, we are adopting a beautiful baby girl from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We are praying that we can make the trip to meet her and bring her home this November. We feel so positive with the process thus far, but I know no adoption is perfect or simple. Part of me wants to guard my heart just in case, but then I feel guilty for not being confident enough to know without a doubt that God will deliver this child to us as we have prayed.
When my mind starts running in circles, I've found comfort in the following verse and will pray it all throughout the day...until my girls are finally home!
