We were pretty low key around here on Labor Day. Brian had the day off and the boys didn't have school. I got a nice little workout in while the boys had breakfast. Our oldest went to his first ever K-State home game with my husband, father-in-law and brother-in-law over the weekend so football has been on his mind. There were lots of football games in the living room today (playing and watching!), some movies, painting, and my hubby even took the boys grocery shopping while I stayed at home. I'm one lucky girl! My husband got even more bonus points when he surprised me with an awesome Africa shaped cookie cutter I've had my eyes on for a while. I put it to use today in a non-traditional way. I hope my son appreciates it during lunchtime at school tomorrow. He's 4 so I won't hold my breath. ;)

I loved spending the day just hanging out with my little family. Speaking of family, we are hoping to get an update about our sweet girl in Congo this week with new pictures. I'm praying for tomorrow!
